I do a lot of back road wildlife hunting with my camera and often spot them from my car and being able to quickly and securely mount my scope or camera to my window is very handy.

Q1: On this Nikon Window mount, what is the width of the clamp. In other words how wide of an object can it clip to? I understand it is for a window mount but I want to mount it to something wider than a window.
A: The clamp will open approximately .75"
Q2: Will this just work with a spotting scope? What is it compatible with?
A: This will work with spotting scopes, cameras, binoculars, basically anything that uses a standard 1/4" thread.
