National Geographic 70mm Compact AZ Refractor w/table top tripod

The NG70CA is a compact 70mm (2.8") altazimuth refractor telescope with a 300mm focal length. The result is a small telescope with big telescope performance and an exceptionally bright, wide-field view. The optics feature unique jewel green phase shifting multi-coatings to enhance viewing detail. The NG70CA comes with a diagonal mirror, two eyepieces (4mm and 20mm) and a 3X Barlow lens for magnifications of 15X, 45X, 75X, and 225X. To provide a more comfortable viewing angle when viewing right-side-up images on land, a 1.5X Image Erector is included. A sturdy aluminum table-top tripod is included. The NG70CA has been designed for use as a general-purpose telescope that can be easily taken anywhere. Its bright image makes it good for astronomical viewing of faint objects such as the Andromeda galaxy. Includes FREE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC "The Heavens" wall map.
