Vixen A80SS Refractor OTA

If you are in the mind to own a quality telescope that is designed for travel, there is nothing better than the A80SS. It's our newest short focal length 80mm refractor. This is a great cross-over astronomical and terrestrial scope. The A80SS is extremely portable. It is small enough to be mounted on a photo tripod for the casual astronomical / terrestrial observer with enough aperture for excellent deep sky viewing. The optical tube comes standard with our red dot finder, 2" focuser, flip mirror diagonal and dovetail tube plate for quick and easy mounting. At less than 11" with dew shield flipped, the Vixen A80SS is the ultimate grab-n-go travel scope!

The optical tube comes standard with Vixen's red dot finder, 2" eyepiece adapter, dual T-thread flip-mirror with dual 1 1/4" eyepiece adapters, dovetail tube plate and 1/4"-20 socket (under dovetail) for quick and easy mounting. Optional 90mm tube rings allow mounting on non-compatible mounts.
