Q1: Can this telescope see other distant planets like neptune, etc??

A: No.  This telescope is only 90mm in diameter.  You would be able to see Neptune, but you would not be able to make out any detail because the telescope is small and is not bringing in enough light for a high magnification.  To see the planets with detail you would want a telescope that's over 100mm in diameter.
