        For the price point of this spotting scope, the quality is unbeatable. I have the elite binos and was impressed enough to try the spotting scope. Really glad I did. I have used it at the shooting range and could easily see 270 holes in the target at 100 yards. Looking forward to trying it now at 200 and 300 yards. Have also used it for viewing woodducks on the pond, very nice wildlife viewing through this. It is a little dark at the 60 power, but willing to accept that for the lower cost.

          I am able to see 30 cal. bullet holes in paper clearly out to 300 yds. Scope is larger than the one I used before but the difference in clarity at 300 yds, make a big difference.

          Just finished first real use of the Bushnell Elite 20-60X80 Spotting Scope with 45 Degree eyepiece. Resolution was superb, focus knob precise, absolutely no fog, not even on the eyepiece in 17 degree weather. The built-in, sliding, sun shade also came in handy when the Washington "side-ways" rain started a few days later. The angled eyepiece made viewing easy in the rain using my jacket hood to shield my head and the back portion of the scope. This optic is the best bang for my hard earned bucks!

          Q1: The description mentions additional eyepieces and a camera adapter. My question is what magnification will I get with the camera adapter. Will I actually get a 20-60 power "zoom" or a straight through, fixed power lens?

          A: The magnification will specificaly depend on the adapter that you use. If you use a digital camera adapter you would be taking the picture through the eyepiece which would mean that you would have the 20-60 power.

          Q2: Can I fit my Nikon 8700 digital camera on the Bushnell Elite 20-60X80 zoom?? If yes, who provides the adapter Bushnell or Nikon?

          A: Bushnell makes the adapter that you will need it is model #78-0050
