Comments about Vortex Viper PST Rifle Scopes:
Had been waiting 2 months for another online retailer to get this scope in stock before binoculars.com got it in (and for the same sale price). Hayneedle.com does it right...easy ordering, fast processing, and delivered in 2 days. Got the PST 1-4x MRAD for three gun competition and mounted in a Burris PEPR QD. Sighted in at 100 yards easily. Glass is good enough (there is some very slight distortion but I'm also very sensitive to that). The illumination isn't bright enough for me for daylight use (but I wear prescription polarized sunglasses so those may contribute to that) but the black reticle is usable albeit a bit small. Have yet to run it in actual competition or past 100 so no commentary there. Also haven't "shot the square" test on this to see if the adjustment system is true. Clicks are crisp and clean and the CRS zero stop is relatively easy to install (instructions say to leave a gap on the last shim but I found I had to squeeze the shim in or else the turret could rotate more than one full revolution past the desired stopping range. Overall, very happy and looking forward to some more real-world testing.

Comments about Vortex Viper PST Rifle Scopes:
This is great for hunting and long range shooting. It looks like very good quality, but it may not have the high-end glass. This is why vortex must be selling another scope for $500 more. I would not spend the extra. I owned many Leupolds and I think this is better value and more tactical.

Comments about Vortex Viper PST Rifle Scopes:
Easy to adjust. Very rugged and looks like it can take abuse. Awesome waranty. Very clear, but the first focal plane and the Mrad reticle makes this perfect for long range estimating. I will also order the custom elevation turret from Vortex once I am confident I know the drop at 1000yards for the 270win 140gr Superformance I use in Rem700.

Comments about Vortex Viper PST Rifle Scopes:
This is a great scope under half the price of my NF scopes. Glass is crystal clear. I use it mainly for hunting and medium to long range shooting. Great FFP scope at a great price with great features.
Service and delivery comments:
Service was great. They gave the best price of anyone and it arrived exactly when they said it would in great shape.
