    ment of your vehicle. At 303-foot-at 1000-yards,
    and the price you pay,the Alpen monoculars 10 x
    25 should handle most of your needs. It's also
    a great instrument for hunters that don't want to
    carry a bulky pair of binoculars-and frighten the
    animals away. It's greenish color blends in well
    with the scenery! Enjoy!

    After a lot of research, I decided to go with the Alpen brand for an inexpensive monocular. Of the "budget" brands, they seemed to have the best reputation.Unfortunately, this model seems to be the same, cheaply constructed design that other brands also stamp their name on. I didn't expect much from a sub-[$]monocular, but I was still disappointed and returned the item.The item that I received had a very sticky focus ring that was just not acceptable. Also, the rubber coating seemed like it would peel off rather easily. Lastly, the lanyard cord is very long and cumbersome for typical use, and cannot be easily removed since it is attached with screws.Perhaps I received a lemon, but I would recommend that anyone interested in a compact monocular take a look at better models. They cost a bit more but you often get what you pay for. I personally recommend the [...], which is what I received in replacement.

            Q1: What size is it? How quickly can it be delivered?

            A: About 5" long and about 1.25" in width the cheapest shipping option takes 7-10 days the fastest is overnight

            Q2: How much does the 10X25 Alpen momocular weigh. Last night I sent an e-mail asking the measurements and how soon it could be delivered.

            A: It weighs about 6oz.
