We bought this product for my two teenage daughters who are taking Biology using the Apologia curriculum. Our whole family gathered around the microscope and we were able to look at all sorts of things. The screen enables many people to look at the same thing at one time. We like how it can take snapshots of the image being examined.

This will add to my lily hybridizing activities. I will be able to detect pollen fertility by observing pollen tube growth. Eventually, when I learn how to do a root squash, I should be able to do chromosome counts and determine which hybrids are polyploids.
