Q2: What is the weight in kgs and in pounds?

A: The Celestron PowerSeeker 80 EQ weighs 19 pounds or 8.6 kg.

Q3: Can I buy and fix motor drive on this telescope? If yes, can I buy motor drive from you?

A: Celestron offers a motor drive for FirstScope 80s and FirstScope 114s, but not for the PowerSeeker 80, unfortunately. Thus we wouldn't have a motor drive to fit your scope.

Q4: How long is the shipping going to take?  How much does it weigh?

A: The Celestron PowerSeeker 80 EQ telescope could be shipped to New York overnight, if desired. Free shipping would take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping weight is 35 pounds, and the scope itself weighs approximately 28 pounds.

Q5: How is the finderscope in this scope?

A: The Celestron PowerSeeker 80 EQ has a decent little finderscope. It's a good match for the 80mm aperture of the main scope.

Q6: Can this be use to look at land and sky or planets? I'm looking for under $200 telescopes that can be use in both land and sky.

A: Unfortunately, the Celestron PowerSeeker 80 EQ's equatorial mount is not suited to terrestrial viewing. If you're interested in a "double-duty" scope, your best bet is probably the Celestron AstroMaster 90 AZ Refractor. It has nice, correct-image optics and an altazimuth mount that can be used as easily for viewing land objects as for stars and planets.

Q7: Does the mount& counterweight come whit the telescope

Yes.  This telescope comes with everything you see pictured.  It will include everything you need to get started.
