I got these for hiking--viewing birds,
wildlife & scenery. They seem great so far,
much more powerful than my old 8x ones I had.

The only thing I don't like is the string where
I think a more heavy duty strap should be.
The skinny string makes them too uncomfortable
to hang around the neck. I may just cut it off.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      I would rate these as a 4 star product. They are not 5 star but for the inexpensive price they provide excellant value. I am quite satisfied with the price/quality. I have several pair of binoculars but these compacts fit right in for general viewing & fit nicely in your pocket or on belt.

      I recieved these Bushnell binoculars as a gift and they are just awful. I wish I could trade for some Nikon or Pentax glass. These are very inferior to what is available.
