When I got the first one in December is was broken. So I returned it and received another one. Got it within a reasonable amount of time. This replacement one seems to be OK. At first look I like what I see. Will have to use more in order to fully evaluate. The only thing that should have been included in the writeup was that the camera must be used at a distance of 60 Feet or the picture will be out of focus. That was a negative for me.

i've had so much fun with my meade capture view binoculars that i thought i would upgrade to the barska point n view but right out of the box i could not use it because each time i insert an sd card the readout is card is full which tells me there was no inspection of this product prior to shipping, now i have to return a brand new product an thats a hassle i shouldn't have to deal with

Binoculars are pretty good, but the quality of the camera is not so good as I expected. I thought "what you see is what you get" but what you see through the lenses is nice and clear but what is recorded in the camera is blurry. The camera being 8.0 mega pixel, my expectation was high.
