The Yukon Viking Pro 2x24 Night Vision Binoculars have been designed with versatility and comfort in mind. They include a dual IR unit for improved viewing at both long and short ranges. These binoculars boast 2x magnification and an objective lens of 24mm. The unit's eye relief of 12mm allows for comfortable viewing, while the 400-meter range of detection makes it ideal over long distances. These premium binoculars feature fully multi-coated glass optics that provide a high degree of light transmission, enhanced by the high-grade, Yukon Quality Certified Gen-1 image-intensifier tubes, which are powered by a single three-volt battery. These image-intensifier tubes are generally extremely light-sensitive and can be destroyed in bright lights; however, the Viking Pro remedies the problem through Yukon's exclusive Eclipse lens cap system. The Viking Pro makes use of dual built-in pulse infrared illuminators for added image clarity in total darkness. The pulse system utilizes quick infrared energy bursts that pierce the darkness further to increase distance, visibility, and image quality. This system provides the highest level of infrared illumination without significant battery drainage.
