        This is a very well-made, high quality pair of binoculars. The Omega 7x50C works perfect for me with its reticle rangefinder and built-in compass. The 7X power is not the highest magnification available but it is optimal for most casual users needs. Also the picture at this magnification is very clear and sharp. The Omega price is pretty competitive, so I chose these binoculars and don't regret it.

            My grandson is in Iraq, the binoculars the military gave him broke and they wouldn't give him any more, I asked him what he needed for Christmas and he asked for a good pair. He has told me they are great.
