I bought these binoculars for my son for Christmas. He is a college student majoring in Wildlife Management so a good pair is so important to him in his fieldwork. He loved these binoculars not only for their clear view but because he sometimes wears glasses and sometimes wears contact lenses, he can open or retract the eyepiece shield for optimum viewing.

if looking for the good bino, do not think much get stiener safari. it will pay ur price back soon.i buy one after using long nikon 7*50 much difference i found in lense performance and wieght.

I use this product for a variety of reasons. I began bird watching but also want the binoculars for sporting events. Recently I attending the National football league's AFC Championship game, the 8x30 binoculars made the event an enjoyable experience. Ready focus!!!! Sharp clear viewing colors were "fan"tastic.
