      I love the product. They're way better than the faulty Zhummel's I started with. Craftsmanship is clearly solid, and I'm novice. Albeit, picky and I've done my homework, but a novice nonetheless, and I didn't feel that way about the Zhummel's which seemed bulky and just a wee bit cheap.
      And these were at a perfect price point. Bought these cause they were the combination of all the features I wanted at the price I wanted. Everything delivered....except the delivery.

      Service and delivery comments:

      Delivery was certainly NOT prompt. It took about 3 weeks for me to even get a shipping notification, and then another week for them to arrive. Not sure what the hangup was. Also, the manual and specs said that these were supposed to come with objective lens covers, but there were none to be found. So I'm having to send away for those, which is pretty lame. Not sure if that's Bushnell's fault or Hayneedle's though.
