Comments about Vortex 10x42mm Crossfire Binoculars:
I purchased a Vortex along with a Bushnell (both 10x42). Not much difference between them except for the price. We went to Yellowstone Park. Definitely needed a 12x50 for animal watching.

Comments about Vortex 10x42mm Crossfire Binoculars:
I felt the CS rep talked me into the binoculars when I lost my last compact pair. I thought they were larger than I wanted and heavier. Wow was I wrong!!!! I went dolphin watching a couple weeks ago. The seas got really rough and the binoculars and I were soaked. No problem.
The focus was great and I was able to experience a close up view of the dolphins. I also did a swamp tour and could easily experience wild life I've never been able see before.
The CS rep was right on!!!
