      Just received these today, and wow. Exceptional clarity and brighness. Work extremely well at dusk, and focus very smoothly with little turn of the focus knob. Could not see spending more when you can get this type of quality and performance at this price level.

        I just received the binoculars and haven't as yet been able to use it for hunting or wildlife viewing. But they are extremely clear and bright, even better than I thought they would be before I made the purchase. And easy to focus as well. It is a great price for on a quality pair of binoculars.

          I reluctantly bought these for elk hunting. I was looking at a more expensive model and decided to "settle" on the cheaper ones. I was very surprised once I got them at how bright and clear they were. I am now glad I didn't spend the extra $400 on the other model.

            I tested many different brands from the very expensive to very inexpensive. These were by far the brightest pair I tried. Sharp focus and clear picture. I coudn't Justify buying the ultra expensive brands when these did the job better. I think that it is worth noting This pair weighs less then most of the other brands in this power. If you are looking at these binoculars just buy them, you can't go wrong..I am now looking at another pair to carry in my car

              Q1: What viewing differences can I expect between the Cascades and Mojave in 10x42 size?

              A: The Mojave Binoculars use a different method for coating, grinding and polishing of the glass and prisms. The image will come out sharper and brighter because of this.
