            My experience with this model is limited. I needed a binocular that would easily fit into the top pocket of a khaki hunting shirt and this model was a bit too big to use this way. Optics seemed to be excellent and ergonomics good.

            Q1: What is the size of this binocular?

            A: Approximately 4" x 4"

            Q2: Are the Steiner 8.5X26 Wildlife binoculars nitrogen filled. What is their waterproof rating. To what depth can they be submerged and for how long?

            A: They are nitrogen purged and waterproof. they can be submerged up to 6 ft. though it is not recommended as the pressure the deeper you go can cause the rings to leak.
