        Service and delivery comments:

        Service was very poor and the item is back ordered. I ordered on-line and had a message that my card has an issue. I quickly remedied the situation by lifting a fraud alert. I responded as Hayneedle requested by email and by phone to let you know of the problem being fixed. I had no return call and no confirmation of the order. I then, 2 days later, reordered and recieved notice that the item I initially ordered was back- ordered. I never did get an email or call on the first order.

          The Nikon Action 10x40 binoculars were highly rated by a on-line review site. They really are very well made with good optics. For a conventional poro prism binocular they have most of features that are needed. Only binoculars that are considerably more expensive have features like waterproof design which the Nikon Action binocular lack. They are impossible to beat for the price!
