These binoculuars are great for the price. They are quite lightweight, the focus is easy to adjust, and the image quality is excellent. This pair of binoculars also has strong stereoscopic qualities, so at range objects effectively retain their depth and volume. The Bk-7 prisms are better-than-average as well, as the pair can still gather enough light for good image detail even in the depths of twilight.

A few negatives, though they are minor. The biggest problem is that the lens caps on the business end refuse to stay on no matter what, so if you plan on using them roughly in an outdoor enviroment then getting a case to protect them is reccomended. Since they are a little bulky, they probably aren't really good picks for a busy sporting event, either. One last minor issue is that altering the position of the tubes to adjust for your eye socket configuration alters the center focus slightly, so you may have to reacquire focus if another person hands these off to you.

All and all, despite some minor flaws, this pair is an excellent pickup for the price. Coming from a long-time Nikon user, Celestron really knows how to make a good pair of binocs for the price.

this is my first time using this brand. they are lighter in weight than what i expected,but sturdiness was not compromised. the lenses are very high quality,also. i will be using these a lot for night viewing because of the excellent light gathering ability of the 50mm objective lenses. these are a great value. i love them. thanks for the great price.
