        I have been using these binos for two years now and I love them. They are light and easy to pack and the optics are great especially for the price. I use them for both bow hunting and rifle hunting, I am a spot and stalk guy so the size and weight is perfect. My only complaint is in low light they don't do all that great but thats about par for 10x36 glass.

        The binoculars are excellent and the lens quality is outstanding, the armor is as advertised and we will get many years of pleasure from them. The lens covers are poorly conceived, from the attachment methodology to the actual construction.
        I got in touch with Nikon customer service and they gave a very half hearted response, saying that's just the way it is. It's a shame that lens protection did not factor in with the product design.
