Helped me locate andromeda galaxy on a light polluted night. However they are heavy and shaky if you are looking at say the moon. Otherwise, I can read a license plate at 400 yards or more..

Strong magnification brings far objects into view, but of course it's hard to hold them still for long periods of time! I still enjoy them.
