Binoculars with Built-in tripod adapter, Case, Objective Lens Covers, Eyepiece Cover
High power, low weight and great for astronomy!
Other high-power binoculars may have excellent optics, but they can also be, quite literally, a pain in the neck. The Zhumell 20x80 SuperGiants, though, weigh in at just 4.4 pounds, light enough to use comfortably in the field. Still, they are equipped with an integrated tripod mount for use with any standard photographic tripod. That's just in case you don't feel like holding onto your binoculars all the time.
High-Performance Features
Most impressive, though, is the sheer size of the 20x80 SuperGiants. The 80mm objective lens diameter is huge. In fact, you won't find many larger, and definitely not in the Zhumell's price range. Interpupillary distance adjusts from 2.25 inches to 2.75 inches.
Once you try these big binoculars for astronomical or terrestrial viewing, you won't want to go back to anything smaller. And, given all the Zhumell's advantages, there's simply no reason you'd have to.

Built-in Tripod Adapter for ultra-steady viewing
These binoculars features a built-in tripod adapter for quick and easy connection to your favorite tripod. It uses a standard 1/4-20 thread that is common on all tripods. The tripod adapter can be adjusted to help balance the weight of the binocular. We recommend using a tripod when viewing single objects like Saturn or Jupiter. The need for a steady image is very important when viewing objects like planets. But for simply panning the nights stars, these binoculars can also be hand-held.
Not just for astronomy...
These binoculars are not simply for astronomical use. Point these at a far off ship in the ocean or at the buildings off in the distance and you will immediately find yourself 20 times closer! Great for viewing long-distance landscapes and other terrestrial objects. These binoculars find themselves just as comfortable on Earth as they do viewing away from it.
Focusing these binoculars is easy. There is a large center-focus wheel that adjusts smoothly and easily. When viewing an object like Jupiter, you will also see Jupiters moons surrounding the enormous planet. A helpful hint is to focus the binocular to get Jupiters moons as tight as possible, and that will bring Jupiter into its best focus. When viewing the craters on the moon it can be helpful to focus the binoculars while looking at the darker areas of the moon for getting that sharp focus.
Case and Protective covers are included
The Zhumell 20x80 binoculars include everything you need to keep them performing at their best and protecting them in the field. A hard-sided case that is lightweight and fit the binoculars perfectly is included. They also include an eyepiece cover and 2 objective lens covers.

Title says it, using these as a monocular is great, but using them for intended purpose is impossible. I am doomed with the collimation problem of "double image". $60 shipping, $35 duties, need to return them. It's too bad because this is the first pair of powerful binoculars I have ever purchased. If this product did not have the issue that mine unfortunately shipped with, this would be a 5/5. First impressions are important.

Comments about Zhumell 20x80mm SuperGiant Astronomical Binoculars:
I just got these delivered. Arrived in excellent shape and worked perfect right out of the box. They are a little heavy which means I'll have to buy a tripod for extended viewing sessions. This was my first time buying from Binoculars.com but I'll be back.........probably for the tripod!! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Comments about Zhumell 20x80mm SuperGiant Astronomical Binoculars:
Received as advertised, shipped promptly, well-packaged. The Case is rather strangely designed, and may not be very practical, although it will protect. Very good rubber lens covers, but unified eyepiece cover doesn't always stay firmly in place. Nice, adjustable tripod bar, which is needed, due to weight, but this is lighter than comparable binoculars. Focus knob is a bit stiff, but might loosen with use.

I absolutely LOVE these binoculars they are great! the magnification on them is incredible and just the quality of the product itself is amazing.. the moons and stars are soooo clear and bright even details can be seen!' I definately recommend purchasing the tripod for these since they are heavy and your arms will get tired of holding them.. again this was a great purchase and I don't regret any of it!!
