    Used for glassing deer on distant hills sides. The adaptor holds the binos fine but the spacer works itself loose and I've already lost one. Also the screw is kinda flimsy. The aluminum bends easily with a slight bump and then it doesnt screw into the binos right. Glad I ordered two otherwise I would have been out of luck on my hunt. May be better to get a custom adapter.

            very sturdy product. Unlike the plastic adapters, I don't worry about it being crushed or broken in my backpack. For the bivy hunter/backpacker, its a little heavy, but if you are in need of an adapter this one fits the bill...a little extra wieght is worth having it not broken when you reach your destination.
