Description

Binocular field harness designed to reduce neckstrain while carrying or using your binoculars, camera, or other optical equipment.


Note: The Harness strap is designed to work with nearly all binoculars that feature a strap connection.  Some binoculars feature strap connections that are too thin to allow the clip of this harness to attach - in these rare instances we suggest using 2 small "keychain style" rings attached to the binocular, then attach the harness strap hooks to those rings.
CHOKING HAZARD - small parts may pose a risk to children under 6 yrs.

These are surprisingly springy (think garters/elastic bands) and as such provide good shock absorbtion. Can be awkward on well endowed women what with the straps having to go over or around the (ahem) mammalian protuberances. Definitely the way to take all the weight off the back of one's neck. Can also be used like a normal strap and slung over one's shoulder. The strap hooks need adaptors (not provided) to attach these to regular binoculars.

Needed to use zipties and key rings in order to attach my Nikon Monarchs. This was the case for other harnesses I looked at as well. Plastic clips don't look like they would last but didn't fit either. On sale price was OK, but not ready to use as is.

      We can't use the product(harness) because the clips don't fit the openings to receive them on the binoculars. Therefore they are completely useless without additional smaller clips to fit the binoculars to the harness...and where does one find such 'smaller clips'? If the binoculars that we ordered had larger size openings to fit this harness, it COULD be fantastic!

        This harness is just like the ones I found for 20 bucks.......... They are just perfect and they take the weight of the binoculars off the neck making it much easier to use the optics for a much longer period of time...A GREAT PRICE .. They are so good I BOUGHT TWO...

            Exactly how hard would it have been to provide the "keychain type" split rings with the harness so the purchaser could avoid the hassle of tracking some down? I'd gladly pay the additional 25 cents such an addition would cost the manufacturer. I paid that much for gasoline to back my car out of the driveway to go find the dang things.

                Q1: Will these work with any binocular brand?

                A: This harness will work with most any binocular that has strap attachments.  If the holes for the strap are too small, you can use two small keyrings to attach the harness to.
